All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping:

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Key Return Details:
- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original order number required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Footbeds
- Body Armour
- Mens Base Layers
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Include a note specifying your preferred replacement size
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
